Registration

Both Full and Student registrations include morning and afternoon teas, lunches, one copy of the proceedings (both paper and CD), and one ticket for the opening function and for the conference dinner.

One day registration includes morning and afternoon tea and lunch only.

To be eligible for the discounted student registration, you must be a full-time tertiary student. Your registration form must be certified by your supervisor.

The registration form is available as either PDF or Microsoft Word format.

Travel to and from the conference:

Registrants need to make their travel plans carefully. See transport

Refund policy:

• For authors, no refund is provided.
• For general attendees, if the registration is cancelled prior to 17 November, full payment less NZ$25 administration charge will be refunded.
• After 17 November, no refund is available.
