Registration Fee Prior to 5 November 2004: $775 (regular) $300 (student) Onsite: $900 (regular) $375 (student) Conference Dinner: $80 The conference dinner will be buffet-style, and held on Tuesday evening at the Queenstown Gondola. Enjoy a wide variety of dishes and stunning panoramic views, complemented by a special performance by one of New Zealand’s leading contemporary groups, Goldenhorse, for a truly memorable evening. Accommodation A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference venue, Millennium Hotel, at a special rate of $197.00. Wednesday Afternoon Excursions The organising committee has left the Wednesday afternoon (9 February) schedule free to allow conference participants and their families a chance to explore some of the many fantastic sights of the area before parallel sessions begin Thursday morning. The following excursions can be booked directly through the conference manager: Safari Of the Rings Cost: $120 per person (includes site visits to filming locations) Queenstown Wine Trail Cost: $86 per person (includes 4 winery visits and a cheese factory) Walter Peak Farm Tour and Cruise Cost: $55 per person (includes a cruise on the historic TSS Earnslaw) End of Conference Excursion (Saturday, 12 February 2005) This full day excursion to world-famous Milford Sound is sure to be the highlight of your time in New Zealand. Enjoy stunning views of the unspoiled wilderness of this World Heritage Site. Cost: $193 per person (includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, cruise and coach transfers). |
